Fitness + nutrition with Karen

WALT keeping ourselves fit and healthy.
In term 3 on Wednesday the year 5 and 6s  had fitness with Karen.
We had a game ever second week We talked about what we should do after fitness.
We learnt how to do star jumps,push ups, mountain climbers,Squats and punching.
Drink a lot of water after fitness.
